Flocked Bulldog sitting salon dog companion for Jumeau Bleuette Doll

Look at that face... too cute!
This is a Bulldog figurine made in Germany, comprised of bisque and flocked with mohair. He has beaded eyes and nose, with a felt tongue and ears. He also is donning a buckled collar and a silk ribbon leash.  The leash would have originally been held by one of many charming Jumeau Bleuette dolls.  This Bulldog stands on his own, though, as a very charming little guy who is also a
very
desired collectible.  In fact, I have not been able to find another like him on the Internet!  Please see the images to find what great condition he is in. The images are of high resolution, so zoom in as much as possible.  He stands at about 3¾ inches, about 4½ from the tip of his tongue to his stubby tail, and is just about 2¾ inches wide at his rear paws.  Please make this very rare Flocked Bulldog your new pet!
