Here is 1929 Federal Reserve Bank Note. It is fron the Saint Louis district and has been graded 66EPQ by PMG. If you are looking for a generic FRBN in gem uncirculated condition, this is a good note to get. It is not amazingly expensive and hard to find like a Richmond, Kansas CIty, Dallas, or San Francisco in uncirculated.
During the depression Roosevelt ordered a bank holiday and shut down the banks for a day. At that time the BEP used paper that was slated to print nationals and printed Federal Reserve Bank notes in a hurry. This is one of those emergency notes.
